Is this only for FedEx P&D contractors?
Yes. The criteria, background check workflow, documents, and training all assume P&D hiring, which is why it fits without configuration gymnastics.
How is this different from a recruiting agency?
Full service does much of what an agency does. The difference is the bill. Agencies charge by the role, or by the candidates they put in front of you, so the cost climbs exactly when you need more people. RouteFlex is a flat monthly rate no matter how many applicants run through it. Need more candidates? Raise your own ad budget and more come through, for the same subscription.
Can it run alongside my existing agency?
Yes, and most contractors start that way. There is no exclusivity requirement.
What is the difference between Self-serve and Full service?
Self-serve is the software: your team runs the board and the automations do the chasing. Full service adds our team on top, configuring the pipeline, monitoring it, and handling background checks and paperwork so you only step in to approve hires.
Do you run our job ads?
No. You run your own job ads and set your own budget, and that spend is not included in the subscription. Your ads point at your RouteFlex application page for each job, so applicants land straight in the pipeline instead of in an inbox.
How long does setup take?

How does the background check integration work?
RouteFlex connects to First Advantage. Orders are submitted at the stage you designate, and Background Screen, Drug Screen, and Physical Exam statuses come back onto the board translated into plain language. You can approve each order manually instead.
Is candidate data secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per contractor. Your data is never shared with other contractors or used to train models for them.
