Inviting your team

RouteFlex is built for teams. Invite the people who'll be looking at applicants, sending offers, and answering candidate questions so they're working in the same place you are.

Send an invite

Go to SettingsTeam. Click Invite member, type their email address, pick a role, and send. They'll get an email with a sign-up link. If they already have a RouteFlex account on another company, accepting the invite simply adds your company to their list.

Roles, plain English

Pick the role that matches what you actually want the person to do.

  • Admin can do anything: edit settings, manage integrations, invite and remove people, archive jobs. Reserve for owners and operations leads.

  • Member can do all day-to-day recruiting work: move applicants, send emails and SMS, run background checks, edit automations on jobs they have access to. They can't change company-wide settings or invite other people.

  • Viewer can see the board and the applicants but can't make changes. Good for owners who want visibility without doing the work, or for auditors.

Removing access

If someone leaves, open the same Team page, find the row, and remove them. Their account isn't deleted from RouteFlex (they may have other companies they belong to), but they lose all access to this company immediately. Any automations and notes they created stay attached to the applicant they were created for.

Pending invites

If an invitee hasn't accepted yet, you'll see a "Pending" pill next to their row. You can resend the invite from the row's menu if the email never landed, or revoke it if you sent it to the wrong address.
