Welcome to RouteFlex
RouteFlex is the operating system for FedEx P&D contractors. This short guide is the fastest way to go from a fresh account to having your first applicant on your board.
You signed up because hiring drivers is hard, slow, and expensive, and the tools you have today (spreadsheets, inbox folders, paper applications) are working against you. RouteFlex pulls every step of that pipeline into one place: the application, screening, background check, drug test, training, and offer letter. Everything you and your team need to move an applicant from "interested" to "first day on the road" lives here.
What's in the product
The platform is organized into a few areas that you'll see in the left sidebar once you log in.
RouteSource is your hiring board. It's where applicants flow through your stages, where automations run, and where your recruiters spend most of their time.
Training holds the courses and modules you assign to drivers before they start.
Knowledge base is the curated Q&A that RouteFlex AI uses when it answers candidate questions for you.
Settings is where you connect integrations, invite teammates, tune AI behavior, and set notification preferences.
The fastest way to get value
The single highest-leverage thing you can do in your first ten minutes is to seed your board from a template. A template gives you a working set of stages, columns, status labels, and automations based on what's worked for other contractors, so you're editing a starting point instead of staring at an empty board.
